​I’ve gone through the 28 Days Fat Burning Program and a follow on program, with great results. The program offers an easy to follow routine when it comes to the physical aspects of the training that are required. Brad even designed a training program that would suit my schedule. The exercises and other easy to follow routines that are part of his program are all in his program’s “mobile app”. The training program on the “mobile apps” also includes, short video clips on how to properly perform those exercises. Great bonus for someone who is not very confident on what they are doing with those exercises.

My biggest take away from his program, are the meal plans. Brad’s program gets to the basics of weight loss. For someone who had always eaten what I wish to eat and never really been too concerned about calories or following meal plans; the meal plan for the program is surprisingly easy to follow. They are broad in options and ingredient selections. The program taught me a lot about calories, specially counting calories. At the end of the program, you will become more conscious on the content of what you are eating and how much you are suppose to be eating. Making that investment to follow through this “short” fat burning program, will give you the knowledge that you can always fall back to when it comes to losing that extra weight.

Brad is a pretty hands on trainer. He will be checking on you regularly if everything is going ok, and if you have any issues. He’s very approachable with any questions or to discuss adjustments that I think might be necessary to the program. As someone who is currently living overseas, I find the use of his “Mobile App” very helpful. My exercises, meals and other routines are all in my finger tips that are easy to access.

The thing I enjoyed the most about training with Police Fit was the written training programs. They are super easy to follow. The videos are so handy as well. Great variety of exercises, which are consistent. It's enjoyable trying to better your weights and reps each time you stumble across the same exercise. I struggle to always come up with my own training schedule, so having the written programs is so handy.

I would definitely recommend Police Fit to family and friends. My fitness has improved so much. I can do things I never thought I would be able to do and that's from repetition & consistency. The range of exercises are great. I first thought the training would be too hard for me, given I wasn't training for Emergency Services. Brad has your best interest at all times. It really has a great vibe training through Police Fit.

The app is great. Having the videos there for support if you are unsure about any exercises. I love how it shows you the reps and weights from last time you did that exercise, so you can compare your latest results. It's also so great to be able to enter all your food, daily habits, weekly weight, progress photos and be able to reference them at any time. Very user friendly app.

The support has been nothing but 5 star the whole time. I couldn't find a single bad thing to say. The weekly messages ensuring we are tracking ok are so nice to receive, checking in that we have done our training for the week. Not only am I proud of myself at times, but Brad is also so proud of you as well and he shows that in his responses! With all the clients Brad has, he still finds time to individually check on each person. He is very honest, sending inspiring/nowledgeable emails. When I had to submit progress photos at my half way mark he was so uplifting with his response of my results so far. I have also hurt my hip at the moment and the support has been so nice, sending me a foam rolling video and ensuring I get some rest."

There was no aspect of my training I didn’t enjoy, but I guess if you weren’t a disciplined person then online training might not suit as the sessions do come down to yourself.
The workouts were easy to follow and well structured, with the ability to track results so you can see how much you’ve improved.
