The program offers an easy to follow routine when it comes to the physical aspects of the training that are required. Brad even designed a training program that would suit my schedule. The exercises and other easy to follow routines that are part of his program are all in his program’s “mobile app”. The training program on the “mobile apps” also includes, short video clips on how to properly perform those exercises. Great bonus for someone who is not very confident on what they are doing with those exercises. |
